Control Mediumship Development Guide…
There is a lot to say about developing control mediumship. In this guide, I have stripped it back to the core fundamentals so that anyone reading can easily understand what I experienced and what I believe others may go through to develop this rare form of mediumship.
Full control mediumship is exactly what it sounds like: you are completely taken over by a control for the purpose of allowing them to use you to perform whatever they wish, such as speaking, giving lectures, answering questions, healing, psychic surgery, art, physical mediumship, or philosophy.
Full control means your thoughts are completely turned off. You cannot think a thought while under control, meaning you are unable to interfere with what the guides or spirits wish to say. Your guides can open your eyes, talk through you, and walk you around. The control happens in an instant—they simply step straight in and work through you.
Communication and Daily Guidance
The guides are the only ones who can develop you for this form of mediumship, and you need to receive direct, day-to-day instruction from your team.
Before my clairaudience was tuned in, I read in a book to ask the guides to press a "yes" or "no" energy onto me. I got a feeling of an energy buzz on the top of my head. It usually takes a couple of years to tune in clairaudience, so feeling these pressure signals in the early stages is all you need. Your guides may press energy in a different area onto your body when you ask them than mine do, I have helped others to connect with their guides and at time there areas for feeling energy were different to mine.
Daily Check-Ins: Ask your guides every morning what the plan is for the day ahead:
Will I attune today?
How many hours will I attune?
Will I blend before or after attuning?
Do I need healing?
Should I take today off?
Managing Intensity and Emotional Stability
You may not feel the "yes" energy strongly at times when asking your guide questions. This can happen if a lot of attuning is taking place, as pressing too hard can cause discomfort. It can also happen if healing is needed.
If your guides continue to attune you further and you begin to emotionally crack up or act strangely—such as becoming highly sensitive, avoiding people, staying indoors, and experiencing high anxiety—too much development can become very intense. Many mediums have given up due to this emotional intensity. If this happens, the guides will pause development until conditions improve.
As you develop, you become more sensitive. Any unaddressed emotional baggage will surface and must be addressed to move forward.
Healing: Ask your guides to develop you for healing, as it is necessary for you emotionally and physically throughout the control development process.
Physical Symptoms: Control mediumship is developed in the brain, so headaches are practically unavoidable. Healing sessions on the brain will help cool the nerves when needed.
The Development Process
How does one develop control mediumship? Through attunement, blending, and continuous personal development combined with healing from your uides.
1. Attuning
If you do not make time to attune, you do not develop control mediumship. There are no shortcuts. On average, you are looking at about 11,000 hours of attunement to develop full control:
Twenty hours a week of attuning equals 1,000 hours a year.
I averaged 40 hours a week for over five years during my development. It was full on, morning to night.
It is difficult and stressful, but it passes. Once you achieve full control, you have accomplished something very few people on Earth have managed.
How to attune: * Lie flat and do not move your head. You are not trying to meditate here, though you may drift in and out of meditative states if your guides want you to.
I mainly lay back and listened to podcasts during my development.
Keep your hands and feet apart while keeping your head still.
I usually lay still for two- or three-hour sittings, three or four times a day. Energy will press, pull, and push through your head at varying intensities. It can be painful; I took painkillers throughout my development.
2. Blending
Blending involves sitting upright in a chair with your back straight. This can take place once a week, multiple times a week, or a few times a day in later stages.
How to blend:
As you sit upright, the energy around you changes. The guides may approach from the left or right; it may feel light or heavy, and intensity varies over the years as they blend with you.
Relax, breathe normally, and do nothing else. It is the guides' job to develop the control.
Early in development, you typically blend with your guides first and then lie down to attune. Over time, this order can shift to blending after attuning. Always follow your guides' instructions, as they know what is needed at each stage.
Overcoming Resistance and Managing Thoughts
You will experience many things as you blend with your team. Going deeper into a controlled state brings a resistance of energy that you drift into on the head or face while you blend. You work through this alongside your guides. The less involved your mind is, the quicker they can push through the resistance.
In my early years, I used a mantra, repeating continuously in my mind: “I am love, I am light.” When I struggled to think those words, I visualized myself in a wingsuit jumping off a cliff and swooping down through valleys. When even that wasn't possible, I focused on the tip of my nose and listened to my breath.
As you develop, you may experience your thoughts being held and forming in various areas of your head (the top of the skull, back of the neck, or forehead) before being pulled back to the center. Every time this rotation took place, stronger levels of control were gained.
When blending, you may feel more comfortable having another person present. Always say a prayer to God before blending. You don’t need to ask for protection but many feel that they do. Ask the sitter not to ask questions until the guides prompt them to. Have them prepare difficult questions that you wouldn't normally know the answers to; this pulls your thoughts into the communication, which is necessary until your thoughts are developed to withdraw so deeply that you can no longer think a thought at all.
When I sit with other developing mediums to hold space for them, as they blend with their guides I feel the experience of what they are feeling during the blend being pressed on me. I am prompted by my guide to help them work through the resistance more easily. This is beneficial to a developing medium for gaining confidence and understanding of the blending and development process.
As control matures, you will no longer feel deeply withdrawn into a specific parts of your head. Instead, you will feel normal and present, and your thoughts can be turned off instantly. The transition of control goes from taking minutes to induce to gaining control instantly.
Guides attune you to eliminate all resistance, making entering the control, holding you in the control, and exiting the control state smooth and effortless for both you and them.
Guides may attune you under stressful conditions, mine did. Experiencing anger, annoyance, and frustration are essential emotional ingredients to help develop you to push through resistance and achieve deeper levels of control while blending.
Until your thoughts are entirely turned off, they can interfere with the communication. Thoughts act as vibrations of conscious energy; even a fraction of a thought can clash with the guides' though vibrations and cause distortion in the communication.
I use glass domes to provide the necessary to power during my development and when I work with my team. I was inspired to buy two glass domes when I began and over time I have added another four. Six glass domes are present in the room when I work. I attune with one one the room but others I have helped have been told by their guides to lay more out in the room as they attune. I space the domes about six feet apart from each other. Ask your guides if they would like you to buy glass domes, you can pick large ones up in Ikea.
Control mediumship offers the heavens an opportunity to work on Earth. Achieving full control requires perseverance, listening closely to your guides, and making difficult personal sacrifices along the way. You may not feel it at the time but will be worth it.
